LinkGuru for supermarkets

Supermarket billing software connected to the rest of your store

Run day-to-day billing without isolating your POS from products, inventory, orders and store operations.

Prepare customer bills from your store catalogue, with product packs, selling prices and quantities checked at the counter.

Fast supermarket billing

Search store products, use MRP and selling prices, add quantities and prepare customer bills from a supermarket-focused billing screen.

Connected product catalogue

Billing uses the same products, brands, variants and pricing maintained in LinkGuru, reducing repeated data entry.

Inventory-aware workflow

Keep billing and stock operations in the same platform so store teams can work with a consistent product catalogue.

Customer & order workflow

Connect in-store operations with customer details and LinkGuru online orders instead of running separate disconnected tools.

Designed for supermarkets

LinkGuru is being built around grocery and supermarket workflows rather than as a generic invoice-only application.

Remote support ready

With assigned Remote Access, authorised teams can support a supermarket computer when assistance is required.

Prepare a bill using the correct product pack

At a supermarket counter, similar product names can refer to different brands or pack sizes. Select the item the customer is buying, then review the quantity and selling price before completing the bill. A 100 g pack and a 500 g pack should not be treated as the same item.

A counter checklist for staff

  1. Find the product in the store catalogue and confirm its brand and pack size.
  2. Check the quantity, MRP and selling price for the selected item.
  3. Review all bill rows with the customer before completing the transaction.

Keep the catalogue ready for the next sale

If an item or price is wrong, check the underlying product record instead of repeatedly choosing a similar item. See inventory management by product and pack size for the receiving workflow, including purchase quantities and item details.

Where do supplier bills fit?

A supplier purchase bill records goods coming into the store; a customer bill records the products being sold. Purchase bill OCR and row review helps prepare incoming purchase data. Staff still check extracted information before using it.

What if staff need help at the counter?

An authorised support user can inspect the assigned shop computer through remote computer support. The shop computer needs to be connected for a live view.

What to bring to a billing demo

Choose a small sample basket with different pack sizes and quantities. Include a product whose price needs checking so you can discuss how staff maintain the catalogue. Request a billing demonstration with the workflow your team wants to see.
